Courses are digital and delivered instantly, so once access starts the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies and purchases are non-refundable. But you are covered by the legal guarantee: if something is genuinely wrong, I will make it right.

1. The course is faulty or not as described (a video won't play, a broken link, wrong content).
2. Email me from the same address you bought with, and tell me which course.
3. I'll fix it fast. If I can't, you get a refund.
